We are engaged in the mining and processing of China Clay and Kaolin for various industrial applications having domestic and overseas markets. Our production activity in our Kaolin Division was commenced in the year 1976. The Research and Development work for the development of different grades of China Clay and Kaolin has been a continuous program since the inception of our unit and we could develop different grades of Kaolin for optimum use in diverse fields.

We continue to enjoy the largest share of Kaolin stock in India. We are also exporting to many countries across the world (to Europe, Central America, N. America, Latin America, Africa, SE Asia, and Australia) to a wide range of customers.

Southern Clays has the Import Export Code from the Director General of Foreign Trade and entered into direct export. We are a member of the Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.

We are one of the leading manufacturers of Kaolin which finds applications in a variety of industries.
